Returns

The product must not be used.
The product must not be worn.
The product must not have been washed or modified.
The identification card that must be attached to the product along with all the designer labels.
All documents accompanying the shipment (Retail Receipt) must be included in the package.
If the user is required to test the product he is purchasing without removing the tab,
otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted as a return.
If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return is not accepted.
If all the above conditions are met,MADENLIS STELIOS COMPANY is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer.
In case of return of the products, the amount related to the value of the goods is refunded and not possible transport, cash on delivery or bank charges within 15 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
