If you are a new user and have not registered, then create a new account here. You will need to fill in your email and a password.
You will then receive a confirmation email, and you will need to follow the link in the email to activate your account.
In case you have lost your password, you can reset it at this link. You will be asked for the registration email and it will be sent to you in the e-mail, link for its reset.
If the customer wishes to change a product, he has the right to do so within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt,

The procedure followed is to send the new parcel and upon delivery the customer delivers the parcel to the courier for return.
The cost of return and new shipment is charged to the customer with € 5.00 regardless of the amount and is always carried out with the cooperating transport ELTA (door to door).
In case of choosing a higher value product, the difference is charged to the customer.
The returns of the products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt in the madenlis shop by the courier.
